December Things

Ahh, it’s been so long since I did a “things” post. Hi, guys! How’ve ya been? 🙂

December was a very busy month for me. As you can see by the dearth of posts; I’ve been very busy. School, extracurricular activities, other classes, have been taking up a big part of my time. Anyway, enough with the excuses, let’s get into the month of December! How is it already time for a new year, like, come on I’m not ready for 2016.

So I turned 16… crazy, right?

This was the cake I cut with just my family. It was an ice cream cake!

This cake was cut to celebrate with close friends and my family! ❤ (Thanks for the cake, Mom! I really do appreciate it. 😀 )

I’m finally old enough to drive, which I don’t plan on learning anytime soon. Seriously, I’m terrified of driving, like, how can I learn how to drive?

I also finished another book: Columbine by Dave Cullen. This book is about the horrific Columbine shooting that took place on April, 20, 1999. It was very interesting, I couldn’t keep the book down. If you like dark novels this is definitely for you. But I warn you, you might cry (I did).

If you didn’t hear December was an especially wet month for us Texans. The power went out at my house, which caused our router to break, which means we had NO wifi. And everything I do requires wifi. I couldn’t blog, use the computer, watch TV, do online assignments, it was a mess. But, it’s okay now 😀 .

Anyway, cheers to the New Year! Can’t wait to see what 2016 will bring (and let’s hope lots of desserts)

❤ ,

Hira
